Private Lessons
From basic obedience to new puppies to leash reactivity, Sit Smart Dog Training will show you how to use positive reinforcement, repetition, and clear communication to work your dog through whatever you’re experiencing that brought you to a trainer. First lesson includes initial consultation and discussion of goals, so it may last longer than an hour.
$120 per 1 hour lesson.
Day Training
Don’t have the time to do all the training yourself but still want your pup to learn? Your trainer will come to your home to train your dog for you. At the end of every week, you’ll spend half an hour going over the skills your dog has learned.
- Requires an initial private lesson for the consultation and basic skills.
- A half-hour private lesson is also included in each package to be done at end of each 3rd lesson.
3x 1-hour day training sessions per week for four weeks
30-minutes at the end of every 3rd session to practice what your dog has learned

Please note: The owner is always the most important part of the training process. While this service does take a lot of the legwork out of teaching your dog new skills, please remember that you need to reinforce the training between sessions to ensure your dog is ready to advance during the next visit.
